DBS Group building new Degen Berglund in Holmen WI

DBS Group is partnering with Degen Berglund and HSR Associates as the general contractor for the Degen Berglund pharmacy build-out within the new Holmen Festival Foods facility currently under construction at 123 Hale Drive in Holmen, WI. The 1,000 square-foot tenant space will incorporate pharmacy access from the Festival Foods sales floor as well as a drive-thru window added convenience.
