DBS Group announces key internal promotions supporting long-term growth

Design-build construction company DBS Group announced the promotion of two team members into expanded roles, reflecting the company’s continued commitment to developing talent from within and building long-term organizational strength.

Aaron Strasser has transitioned from project superintendent to project estimator, joining the company’s preconstruction team. In his new role, Strasser will apply his field experience to support early project budgeting, cost management, and collaboration with clients and project teams.

Colton Fox has been promoted from lead carpenter to foreman. Fox has consistently demonstrated leadership through his work with clients, internal teams, and trade partners. His promotion strengthens DBS Group’s field operations team and supports the company’s focus on operational excellence at the job site level.
