After selecting DBS Group to prepare the infrastructure for a new project in Onalaska, Venture Pass Partners LLC chose us to design and build a new multi-tenant structure on the same site. The 6,600-square-foot, three-tenant facility is located at the intersection of Highway 16 and South Kinney Coulee Road.
