Lac Courte Oreilles Tribe contracted with DBS Group to design and build an Emergency Operations Center in Hayward, WI. The new 12,600-square-foot center includes emergency operations administration space, a squad room, evidence processing and areas for equipment and other storage, training, intake and processing, a dog pound, a garage for large equipment storage, and exterior impound.
