Felician Village partners with Community Living Solutions

Felician Village has partnered with Community Living Solutions to design and construct building improvements associated with converting existing skilled nursing space into a Community-Based Residential Facility. The project includes creating new shared amenities, including a commercial laundry room, art room, and theater room. Construction is scheduled to start next month for substantial completion by year-end.
