DBS Group has been selected as the design-builder for a new multifamily project in Holmen, WI. Prestige Heights will include three 38-unit apartment buildings at the corner of Staphorst Lane and Spakenburg Road in the McGilvray Park subdivision. Construction is scheduled to begin in late August 2026 for substantial completion in spring 2028.
