DBS Group was selected as the contractor for the West End Development, located at 2056 Scott Road NW in Rochester, MN. The project included construction of a new, ground-up 12,330-square-foot multi-tenant facility and associated site improvements. Featuring Onward Counseling and West End Blends, this office, retail, and medical campus brought together a diverse mix of tenants focused on wellness, growth, and community. Construction began in October 2025 and was completed in spring 2026.
