Mackenthun’s Development hired DBS Group to design and build a 30-acre commercial development in the Woodland Cove subdivision of Minnetrista, MN, along with a new, ground-up 48,000-square-foot grocery store. Grocery store construction began in May 2023, and the store opened in March 2024.
