After serving as construction manager for infrastructure work on the Belmont Heights subdivision in Jackson, MN, DBS Group was tapped to design-build the next phase of the project. Phase 1a included a new, ground-up, three-story, 41-unit market-rate apartment and new, ground-up, two-story, four-unit market-rate townhomes in the subdivision.
