The Lac Courte Oreilles Tribe has contracted with DBS Group to develop infrastructure in Hayward, WI. The project paves the way to create the Mandaamin Community, an approximately 68-acre housing subdivision. It includes clearing/grubbing, mass grading, site utilities, and street construction. Construction will begin in spring 2024 for completion in fall 2024.
