DBS Group was selected to design and build a new Boys & Girls Club in Holmen, WI. The $6.9 million construction project called for converting a 33,000-square-foot former Festival Foods facility into a Boys & Girls Club facility to serve the Holmen area community. The original building now houses a full Boys & Girls Club, the Holmen Community Center, School District of Holmen Adaptive Learning space and a dance studio. The construction project also included a 16,000-square-foot expansion at the north end of the original building to house two full-size gymnasiums, a complete exterior renovation and a playground at the northeast corner of the building expansion area. Construction began in March 2020 and was completed six months later.
