Developers Pete and Kassi Opsahl hired DBS Group to remove the former Lakeview Health Center in West Salem and prepare the 15-acre site to develop into a new residential subdivision called the Greenfield Addition. The site has since been transformed into a residential subdivision incorporating 16 single-family home sites and a mix of multi-family sites that will accommodate 54 multi-family units.
DBS Group graded the property, installed utilities, developed city streets and sidewalks and completed other improvements to prepare for construction of the new subdivision.
