DBS Group’s Chris Walters Named to Wisconsin Titan 100
DBS Group President and CEO Chris Walters has been named as a 2026 Wisconsin Titan 100 honoree, recognizing the state’s top CEOs and C-level executives for exceptional leadership, vision, and passion.
Under Walters’ leadership, DBS Group has grown from a small start-up in 2015 into an organization with over 65 team members operating in five offices across Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa, providing design-build services throughout the Upper Midwest. The company consistently outperforms industry benchmarks, and more than 90% of the company’s annual revenue comes from repeat customer business and referrals — a reflection of its relationship-centered approach.
The company’s success reflects a decade of strategic foresight, operational discipline, and a deep commitment to relationships — qualities that have made DBS Group one of the region’s fastest-growing design-build contractors.
“Being recognized among such accomplished leaders is an honor,” Walters said. “But this recognition truly belongs to our team. Their commitment to our core values, our customers and to each other is what makes DBS Group exceptional.”
Known for investing in people and communities, Walters has served on several nonprofit boards, including the Greater La Crosse Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement of WI, Rush WI West Soccer Club, and the La Crosse Symphony Orchestra, and has led several community efforts to strengthen the greater La Crosse, Wisconsin, and Rochester, Minnesota, areas. He also encourages teamwide engagement in local service initiatives.
