Community Living Solutions and DBS Group to merge
Merger to strengthen senior housing design-build construction services
Community Living Solutions and DBS Group today announced they will merge effective July 1, bringing together two design-build senior housing firms to create a stronger, more comprehensive solution for owners, operators, management firms, and developers in the senior housing market.
A succession plan for Community Living Solutions
The merger reflects a proactive growth strategy and a thoughtful succession plan. Under the merger, CLS will become known as Community Living Solutions – A Division of DBS Group, maintaining its team, offices, and specialized focus on senior living planning, design, architecture, and construction services.

Strategic growth for DBS Group
DBS Group brings full design-build construction services, including predevelopment, preconstruction, project management, and field operations, to wrap around CLS’s specialized senior living master planning, design, and architecture services to take senior living projects from concept to completion.
