DBS Group selected for 1st Community Credit Union renovation

1st Community Credit Union has chosen DBS Group to renovate its facilities on West Wisconsin Street in Sparta, WI. The project includes design and construction of a full renovation of its 1000 West Wisconsin Street location along with a selective renovation of its 1020 West Wisconsin Street site. The renovation scope includes selective demolition and build-back, mechanical/electrical/plumbing system replacements and improvements, interior finishes, and selective exterior finishes. Work began in July 2025 for completion at the end of 2025.
