DBS Group selected for West End Development in Rochester

DBS Group has been selected as the contractor for the West End Development, located at 2056 Scott Road NW in Rochester, MN. The project includes construction of a new, ground-up 12,330-square-foot multi-tenant facility and associated site improvements. Featuring Onward Counseling and The Fit Loon, this office, retail, and medical campus will bring together a diverse mix of tenants focused on wellness, growth, and community. Construction began in October 2025 for substantial completion in spring 2026.
