DBS Group to build new multi-tenant structure in Onalaska, WI

After selecting DBS Group to prepare the infrastructure for a new project in Onalaska, Venture Pass Partners LLC has chosen DBS Group to design and build a new multi-tenant structure on the same site. The 6,600-square-foot, three-tenant facility will be located at the intersection of Highway 16 and South Kinney Coulee Road. Construction is scheduled to begin in late April for substantial completion in late September. Tenants for the project will be announced soon.
