DBS Group to prepare Onalaska site for development

Venture Pass Partners LLC has selected DBS Group to develop and build the infrastructure for a new Onalaska commercial development at the intersection of Highway 16 and South Kinney Coulee Road. DBS Groups will make way for two commercial projects on the three-acre site. One will be the home of a future national fast-casual restaurant chain, and the other will be the home of a future multitenant retail center. Construction is scheduled to begin in early August for substantial completion in June 2022.
