DBS Group to renovate Chart Energy & Chemicals La Crosse campus

Chart Energy & Chemicals has contracted with DBS Group to renovate the interior of multiple buildings within its campus on the corner of Losey Boulevard and Ward Avenue in La Crosse, WI. The project encompasses Chart’s two-story 10,558-square-foot office building on Losey Boulevard, a 3,000-square-foot area within the second floor office mezzanine of the Ward Avenue plant and a 3,120-square-foot area within the second floor conference/breakroom area also in the Ward Avenue plant. Construction is underway, and substantial completion is scheduled for mid-April 2019. DBS Group is providing design and construction services for this project.
