Elcor Construction taps DBS Group for new office

Elcor Construction has contracted with DBS Group to construct a new office building in Rochester, MN. The new 4,668sf office building will include private offices and collaboration spaces. Construction is scheduled to start in late September 2025 for completion in spring 2026.
