DBS Group selected to build 94-unit apartment development

DBS Group has been selected as the contractor to build the Overland Reserve project in Rochester, MN. This project includes the construction of a 94-unit apartment development on the intersection of Bandel Road NW and Overland Dr NW, including six 14-unit, 3-story apartment buildings and one 10-unit, 3-story apartment building, on 5.5-acres of site improvements. Construction is scheduled to begin in November 2025 for substantial completion in the first quarter of 2027.
