Chart Energy & Chemicals contracted with DBS Group to renovate the interior of multiple buildings within its campus on the corner of Losey Boulevard and Ward Avenue in La Crosse, WI. The project encompassed Chart’s two-story 10,558-square-foot office building on Losey Boulevard, a 3,000-square-foot area within the second floor office mezzanine of the Ward Avenue plant and a 3,120-square-foot area within the second floor conference/breakroom area also in the Ward Avenue plant. DBS Group provided design and construction services for this project.

DBS Group provided design and construction services for the expansion and renovation of Bob’s Auto Service in La Crosse, WI. The project consisted of a building expansion incorporating four additional service bays, renovation/creation of office space within the existing building and site improvement work associated with the expansion. DBS Group fast-tracked design, permitting and construction in order to start the project in fall 2017 in order to avoid winter conditions and minimize impact to existing operations.
I was the main point of contact with DBS Group when they handled the buildout for our La Crosse office. Not only were we looking for design and quality, but we were also looking fo be on budget; DBS Group didn't disappoint. Everyone I spoke with throughout the process knew exactly where we were and they continued to be responsive even after we moved into our updated office. Everyone genuinely cared about our project, and I had no reservations that they were handling every detail efficiently and professionally. I couldn't appreciate them more. Anytime I have a new project they will be my first call, no question.
DBS Group completed a build-out in Shelby Mall in La Crosse, Wisconsin, for a new Pizza Hut restaurant. Construction began in October, and the restaurant opened in December. DBS Group provided construction services and equipment/fixture installation services for this project.
DBS Group recently completed an expansion for the DigiCOPY located in the Shelby Mall in La Crosse. DigiCOPY expanded into the adjacent tenant space (formerly Wild Birds Unlimited), increasing their operation to over 4,000 square feet. DBS Group converted the new space into printing, production and packaging space and renovated the original DigiCopy space to allow for a more efficient equipment layout. The build-out also includes a conference room and employee workstations.
DBS Group in May 2016 completed the latest building expansion for Torrance Casting in La Crosse, Wisconsin. The project included the design and construction of the 2,000-square-foot expansion. The space will be used for storing inventory and materials, as well as housing outgoing products, all helping Torrance streamline operations. With inventory and materials scheduled to deliver to the building expansion in mid-June 2016, the project team was challenged with a tight timeline for design and construction. DBS Group’s relationship with a national construction material supplier helped ensure the project schedule flowed seamlessly to an on-time completion. Founded in 1876, Torrance is one of the oldest family-owned companies in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Torrance Casting manufactures custom Gray, Ductile and Ni-Hard castings.
