DBS Group designed and constructed plant modifications at Torrance to support a major investment Torrance is making in new equipment to automate current processes. The project included creating an 18-foot-deep concrete-formed equipment pit in the center of the plant, an equipment penthouse and significant modifications to the existing building structure to accommodate the new equipment.
