Greenfield Addition

After hiring DBS Group to construct the subdivision infrastructure for their 15-acre Greenfield Subdivision in West Salem, P4K Properties hired DBS Group to design and build the multifamily units within the development.
The Greenfield Addition combines 16 single-family home sites, five duplex sites and a mix of multifamily sites. The 28 multifamily units being designed and built by DBS Group are geared toward family-working professional tenants. The multi-family units are being delivered in a mix of 6-plex, 5-plex and 4-plex buildings, and all incorporate a two-story design, approximately 2,000 square feet of finished space, three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms in each unit.
