DBS Group was selected to design and build a new, ground-up Qdoba restaurant at 950 Frontenac Drive in Winona, MN. The project required extensive preliminary work due to poor sub-soils that resulted in the need for helical piers to support the building structure, as well as extensive underground storm water management infrastructure to support the master development where the project is located. Still, the project was completed on time and in under four months.
