DBS Group did an amazing job on every aspect of the David Reay's project from concept, to design, to build-out, to follow-up on project completion. An amazing group of professionals that I would highly recommend to anyone considering building a restaurant.

DBS Group remodeled our apartments into a cozy café and did an outstanding job for us. I was most impressed with their attention to detail and their professionalism through the design process to the actual construction. They involved us in the design and pointed out things we would have never thought about. They were organized in their approach, kept us updated on progress, and always asked us what would work best for us. The job site was always clean and didn’t negatively impact our other restaurant next door. We have worked with other design-build firms in the past, and this was a whole different experience. We would definitely recommend and call DBS for any future projects we might consider.

What I enjoy about DBS Group is how well they prepare before the projects begin. They put a plan together and hammer it all out, so once the project gets going, it’s pretty smooth. I’ve had contractors who’ve been late, and it’s cost me money. DBS Group is always, always, always ahead of schedule. It’s a good group of people to work with. They communicate well and are very professional.
