CARRIAGE CENTER GROUNDBREAKING

DBS Group is pleased to announce that we are partnering with Niemann Foods, Inc. on a multi-user, grocery-anchored retail development in Champaign, IL. The project consists of new, ground-up Haymaker’s convenience store, Ace Hardware retail store, Multi-Tenant Retail strip center and a Harvest Market grocery store, as well as 13-acres of site improvement work. A groundbreaking was held on 8/20/15 with Niemann Foods, City of Champaign, Champaign Chamber of Commerce and DBS Group representatives on-hand to celebrate the start of this exciting project. DBS Group is providing Store Planning services, Architectural & Engineering services and Construction services for this new development.
