David Reay’s partners with DBS Group to expand patio

David Reay’s Modern Diner + Tavern has retained DBS Group as design-builder for a patio expansion. The planned patio expansion at the SW corner of the building will help accommodate additional demand for outdoor seating and will also be available by reservation for private events. Construction is scheduled to start mid-May, with completion by the Fourth of July holiday. DBS Group designed and built the original restaurant and patio in 2018.
